Toyotarō Drops New Fan Art of Obscure DBS Villain Geppuman
The mangaka's monthly drawing spotlights the dine-and-dash crook from Dragon Ball Super episode 31.

Toyotarō pulled up a deep cut for his September drawing on the official Dragon Ball site, sketching Geppuman (aka Burpman), a repeat dine-and-dasher wanted by the Galactic Patrol who only ever showed up in Dragon Ball Super episode 31. Toyotarō's caption admits the guy's backstory is thin but hypes him up as a genuinely cool character anyway.
The name is a straight mashup: geppu, Japanese for burp, plus the English word man, written together in katakana. Toei's simulcast subs and the Funimation dub both kept it as Geppuman for the English release. Kanzenshuu has already filed the drawing and comment into its Translations archive for anyone trying to track down every Toyotarō deep pull.
