Dragon Ball's New Anime Confirms Daima Still Isn't Canon
The latest lore drop keeps Goku's kid-sized, ape-mode arc boxed outside the main timeline.
Dragon Ball's newest anime just confirmed what a lot of fans already suspected: DAIMA is staying locked out of the main timeline, at least for now, according to ScreenRant. The update lands even though DAIMA took real swings, de-aging Goku back into a kid and bringing back the ape-like Super Saiyan 4, ideas that bombed with fans back in the GT era but are hitting way different with today's audience.
Doesn't matter how peak the execution is, canon status is canon status. DAIMA stays boxed outside mainline continuity for now, no debate.
